personal response (ending)

I find the character Boo Radley most interesting. At the start of the story, there were many stories about Boo Radley such as him being monsterously tall, injuring his own parents and many other tales which Miss Stephanie Crawford claimed to have seen through her window.

In the middle of the story, Dill dares Jem to go into the Radley porch and knock on the Radley House. Jem then runs up to the Radley House and knocks on it before running out of the porch again. An almost invisible motion could be seen at the window beside the door.

At the end of the story, Boo Radley appears and help Jem and Scout home. He appears worn out by this effort to bring them in and looks very pale. Although he looks like a monster or ghost, he has a better and kinder heart than most other humans.
